How Steps Join Your Daily Picture Automatically in CaloTec-AI

Step tracking works best when it fits the routine without asking for another manual entry. CaloTec-AI can receive step count from an available source on your phone and show it beside calories, weight, and water in one diary.
Connect the Step Source on Your Phone
On Android, choose an available step source and allow read access. When Health Connect is selected, CaloTec-AI reads the step records available there. Other supported device setups can use the phone's available step source.
Once connected, the step count updates in the app and available history can appear as well. Instead of copying numbers between apps, steps join the rest of the day's measures.
Turn Steps into Daily Context
CaloTec-AI uses step count and available profile data to calculate calories burned from walking. That places activity beside logged meals and creates a daily view that is easier to read.
When Steps Are Missing
If the count does not appear, check that the selected step source is available and the permission is active. Once connected, the data supplied by that source can flow automatically into the activity screen.
Why the Connection Is Useful
- Step count joins the diary without daily typing.
- You can see today's steps and the available history.
- Calories burned from walking appear beside calories from meals.
- Activity, food, weight, and water stay in the same app.
This simple connection turns steps from another number on the phone into a useful part of the day's story.
